Description
- Set up profile – this includes your Agent photo and your MLS Agent ID so your listings will auto populate into your website in the “My Listings” section of the site
- Set up email signature – this signature will be at the bottom of emails sent in kvCORE including emails automatically sent with a Smart Campaign
- Assist with importing leads using kvCORE’s Lead Configuration Service
- Turn on behavior alerts
- Turn on Agent alerts
- Create a custom text code that leads can use to download your kvCORE Homeownership App
- Sync your Realtor.com and Zillow accounts to kvCORE so new leads from these sources will automatically import into your kvCORE
- Turn on Smart Campaigns for New Buyer Leads and New Seller Leads (Customization of campaigns not included)
- Add links to your social media accounts – these links will be in the top right corner of of your kvCORE website
- Configure all Web and IDX settings based on the preferences you select
- Add your selected homepage widget (standard, modern, luxury or modern side by side) – Examples provided below
- Add a header image or video that will play in the header section of your website (Note: You must provide a YouTube link to add a video. Videos in the header do not have sound and do not play on mobile.)
- Set color theme for the website
- Add a website title and meta description that will help with organic Search Engine Optimization
- Set up Facebook Messenger on your website
- Add up to 10 testimonials to your website
- Connect your Zillow Reviews to kvCORE
- Add up to 3 listing carrousels to the homepage – These can be My Listings, Just Listed, Just Reduced, Open Houses or a specific Area
- Set property types to display on website
- Add up to 20 service areas and add keywords for each area that will help with organic Search Engine Optimization
- Set up Blog and write one blog post with details about using your site to search listings, sign up for listing alerts, request market reports, etc.
- Add a custom page with a link to your preferred lender’s website/application page – If you work with multiple Lenders you can provide contact information for up to 3 and we will create a custom page on the site with their information
- Assist with domain forwarding
- Create custom pages for your top 10 areas – we will add keywords to these pages to help with organic Search Engine Optimization. These pages will be added to an Area Info tab in the main navigation.
- Add a link to your eXp Careers page
- Customize the main navigation on your website
- Create 9 multi-property Squeeze Page links for Buyers, 3 Seller Squeeze Page links, and 3 Market Report Squeeze Page links – You’ll be able to copy the links and paste them into Facebook posts/ads and use them in Google PPC ads to generate leads. The links are automatically updated with current listings/information from your MLS.
