BoldTrail Website Setup FAQ
Why should I use your BoldTrail website setup service instead of doing it myself?
Most agents don’t have the time to learn and properly set up all the features inside BoldTrail. We handle the setup for you, including key website and platform features so everything is configured correctly and ready to use.
Which setup package should I choose?
The right package depends on how much customization you want. The Basic setup covers essential configuration, Semi-Custom adds more content and customization, and Premium includes the most customization and a more polished homepage experience.
How long does it take to complete my BoldTrail website setup?
Most setups are completed within 5–10 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and images.
What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a link to a short questionnaire. Once we receive your completed questionnaire and images, we begin your setup and keep you updated throughout the process.
Do you provide the images for my site?
Yes. You can send us your own high-resolution images or choose from our image library of royalty-free real estate images.
Will my website look good on mobile devices?
Yes. BoldTrail websites are fully mobile responsive, which means they look and perform great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Do you provide ongoing support or management?
This is a done-for-you setup service. Your BoldTrail website and platform are managed and supported by Inside Real Estate, so no ongoing maintenance is needed. Website updates or additional customization can be added separately in the future if needed.
Do you work for BoldTrail or Inside Real Estate?
No. We are an independent service provider. We do not work for BoldTrail (formerly kvCORE) or Inside Real Estate. This allows us to provide custom setup services with more flexibility and personalization than standard onboarding.
Are All Sales Final?
Yes. All sales are final and non-refundable, as time and resources are dedicated to your project right away.
